Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Summary: Drives truck or automobile over established routes to deliver products by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Drives truck to deliver products to customers as needed
- Makes routine interoffice delivers.
- Records delivery information on daily delivery record
- Loads truck
- Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery
- Cleans inside of truck
- Performs routine maintenance on truck
Qualifications
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Must have a clean driving record.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to handle multiple detailed oriented tasks
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
